EDI – Enhanced Depth Imaging Mode
Der Enhanced Depth Imaging Mode (EDI) des SPECTRALIS ist eine OCT-Technologie, welche eine verbesserte Darstellung der choroidalen Gefäße ermöglicht. SPECTRALIS kehrt das Bild automatisch um und nutzt die Vorteile der Kerntechnologien wie TruTrack Active Eye Tracking und Rauschunterdrückung, um verbesserte Bilder des Choroid zu ermöglichen, auf Basis derer sich sogar die Dicke des Choroids manuell berechnen lässt.
